While we strive to deliver high-quality appointments and leads, we do not guarantee specific income, revenue, loan closings, or conversion rates. Results vary based on market conditions, follow-up speed, sales skill, compliance, and other external factors beyond our control.
Appointments provided through our systems are generated based on user intent, marketing data, and platform targeting. We do not guarantee that all appointments will convert into closed loans. No refunds are provided for no-shows, unqualified prospects, or third-party platform issues.
All fees are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
All website content, funnels, designs, copy, systems, and proprietary processes remain the intellectual property of Expertkey unless otherwise agreed. Clients may not resell, copy, or redistribute materials without written permission.
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Calendly, CRMs, or automation tools. Expertkey is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, or data loss caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expertkey shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or marketing campaigns.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at our discretion for violations of these terms, non-payment, misuse, or unlawful activity.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal data.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
